Johnny has 15 years experience as a professional driver and driving instructor. He co-founded DrivingLA.com to share his deep knowledge of LA driving laws, defensive driving techniques, and traffic ticket strategies. When he's not updating the site, Johnny enjoys weekend trips along Route 66.

Amanda previously worked as a paralegal for a traffic law firm before teaming up with James to launch DrivingLA.com. She oversees content and editorial operations. In her free time, Amanda loves walking her dogs around Echo Park Lake.

Philip is an LA native who has written for over a dozen local publications. He brings a journalistic approach to covering changes in driving laws, traffic news, and safety requirements for teenage drivers. Philip recently won an award for his investigative piece on fraudulent online traffic schools.

Larry manages all social platforms and communities for DrivingLA.com. He studied communications at UCLA and is passionate about connecting with readers online. Outside of work, Larry is training to run the 2024 LA Marathon.

Barbara moderates and oversees all forum conversations, providing helpful advice to members inquiring about traffic tickets, license issues, and defensive driving tips. She also regularly contributes articles drawing on her background as a paralegal.
